• The suit must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order with clear pictures or video proof.

• Items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for refund.

• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

• Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
